Pictou County Health Authority used their funding to produce web-based
training for the Youth Stop Smoking Program. In Nova Scotia, 15.8% of
adolescents currently smoke, compared to the national average of 12.2%.
In response to this issue, PCHA has developed an 8 module intervention
program to be delivered in schools or other addiction services centres.
This facilitator training video is for organizations who would like to
implement the Youth Stop Smoking program into their own organization.
The video demonstrates key elements of the program activities.
