Wisdom2Action has been hired by CHEO as an external consultant to support CHEO’s Gender Diversity Program Planning. We are pleased to invite you to participate in a focus group to explore your experiences and recommendations around access to care for trans and gender diverse youth at the clinic. Focus group findings will be used to compile a report with recommendations that will guide CHEO in addressing gaps and building on existing strengths in the current offerings for trans and gender diverse youth to improve services for trans and gender diverse youth.
Wisdom2Action Consulting is recruiting participants for a series of focus groups on the issue of access to care for trans and gender diverse youth for CHEO’s Gender Diversity Clinic.
This is an opportunity to express your thoughts and feelings in an anonymized forum. Only Wisdom2Action staff, not CHEO representatives, will have access to this form and will be present for the focus groups.
