Provincial Priorities for 2SLGBTQIA+ Health Equity - Health Professional Participant

Thank you for your interest in providing input on provincial priorities for 2SLGBTQIA+ health equity! We will be hosting a virtual discussion group in early October to receive feedback from clinicians, health service providers, researchers and other allied health professionals on a plan to understand the strengths and/or gaps and to develop recommendations for these priorities. To register your interest in being a part of this discussion group, please complete the form below. If you are eligible, a member of our team will reach out with further details.

To be considered eligible to participate you must:

  • Be over the age of 18;
  • Meaningfully engage with 2SLGBTQIA+ community members in a professional and/or personal capacity (e.g. having 2SLGBTQIA+ patients, being involved in advocacy for 2SLGBTQIA+ health needs, doing research that centres 2SLGBTQIA+ people);
  • Have lived/living experience of working within the Ontario healthcare system;
  • Be able to join a virtual (Zoom) meeting, to be held from 1.30-3.00pm Eastern on Tuesday October 14th.
