Provincial Priorities for 2SLGBTQIA+ Health Equity - Community Participant

Thank you for your interest in providing input on provincial priorities for 2SLGBTQIA+ health equity! We will be hosting a series of virtual discussion groups in early October to hear community feedback on the priorities to understand its strengths and/or gaps and to develop recommendations for its improvement. To register your interest in being a part of one of these discussion groups, please complete the form below. If you are eligible, a member of our team will reach out with further details.

To be considered eligible to participate you must:

  • Be over the age of 18;
  • Identify as part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community;
  • Have lived/living experience of the Ontario healthcare system;
  • Be able to join a virtual (Zoom) meeting, to be held on a weekday evening in in October (dates below)
