Community of Practice Survey

Background:

The Gender-Based Violence (GBV) team within Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services is seeking feedback on our service offering for our Community of Practice (CoP).

The CoP includes more than 400 people providing services and support to CAF members.

The team is conducting this survey to find ways to increase engagement, support the needs of the CoP, and improve our service offerings.

The team has engaged Wisdom2Action to conduct the survey and analyze the results.

You are welcome to answer some, none, or all of the questions in this survey.  The answers you provide will be anonymized; we will do our best to remove any personally identifying information from your answers and compile it along with others’ input.  We request you submit your responses by March 16, 2025.

If you have any questions you are welcome to contact info@wisdom2action.org. Thank you for your contribution to this process.

Please do not include any information about military units, training or operations.
